Tokio Marine Asset Management (USA), Ltd. (“TMAM USA”) was established in June 2000 in USA.

TMAM USA provides investment management and research/consulting services with respect to Japanese and other developed countries’ government bonds, interest rate derivatives, currencies, equity indices and commodity futures as well as catastrophe bonds.

Also TMAM USA is engaged in research and development of new investment products including AI Event Driven US Equity Fund so as to provide Japanese investors with access to a variety of products ahead of the times.

TMAM USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tokio Marine Asset Management Co., Ltd., a leading Japanese asset management firm, and is a SEC-registered investment advisor under the Investment Advisors Act.
